DaA | Exhibition | 2019

The architecture of Da A stand is inspired by Casa Malaparte, the rationalist villa designed by Adalberto Libera for the writer Curzio Malaparte on the island of Capri at the end of the 1930s. The two architectural inspiration elements, the staircase and the curve, were freely reinterpreted in the space to differentiate the two indoor and outdoor areas, both fields of application of Da A products. The evoked space is Mediterranean, the tones are warm, the finishes are natural and material; the clay-colored floor rewrites the tactile and aesthetic qualities of raw earth on the granular surfaces and provides the backdrop for the typical material of Da A production, iron.
