Bumper è una morbida scultura: una presenza modellata nel poliuretano con estrema cura al dettaglio e alla qualità del procedimento sartoriale capace di valorizzare le curvature. È costruito su tre livelli sovrapposti di comfort - base, seduta e schienale - che determinano la cifra stilistica del progetto caratterizzandolo esteticamente.

Posizionabile anche a centro stanza, grazie al concept dei tre livelli che continua anche sul lato posteriore è un divano che trasmette una sensazione di estrema comodità. Il sedile è un unico cuscino ampio e profondo; lo schienale basso, molto voluminoso e in continuità con i braccioli, delinea un profilo curvo e una conformazione che avvolge, accoglie e invita ad abbandonarsi a momenti di relax. Lo schienale è sfoderabile ed è fissato alla seduta con un sistema di ganci a spinotto di derivazione automobilistica, universo al quale si ispira anche il nome del prodotto.

I cuscini da appoggio, posizionabili a piacere, sono imbottiti con fiocchi di poliestere rigenerato e rigenerabile e garantiscono il supporto dorsale per una seduta più formale e frontale.  

Bumper is a soft sculpture: a presence plied out of polyurethane with painstaking care for details and quality workmanship capable of enhancing the value of the curves. It is built on three overlapping levels of comfort - base, seat and backrest - that determine the distinctive stylistic feature of the design. It can easily be fitted in the middle of the room, thanks to the three-level concept that continues also at the rear, making this sofa appear and feel utterly comfortable.

The seat is a single generously-sized, deep cushion, the backrest is low and bulky in keeping with the armrests, outlining a curved profile and an enveloping shape which welcomes and invites its user to sit back and relax. The backrest has a removable cover and is secured to the seat with pin hooks borrowed from the automotive industry, which also inspired the name of the product.

The freely-positionable support cushions are padded with recycled and recyclable polyester chips and provide appropriate back support for a more formal front-facing seating position.
